What messages you'll get

OnVybe sends text messages about live events and your account, including:

How you opt in

Opt-in is express and self-service — the form is right at the top of this page, and the same one is on the homepage subscribe section at onvybe.com. You check an unchecked-by-default box labeled "Text me the best drops" and enter your mobile number. Doing so gives express consent to receive the recurring automated texts described above at that number. You are never enrolled in SMS without checking the box and entering your own number, and consent is not required to buy a ticket, RSVP, or use the app.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on events in your city and your activity — typically a few messages per week or fewer.

Cost

OnVybe does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
