How you get paid
Ticket money is held until after your night, then sent to your bank account. Here’s the whole path, end to end.
Someone buys a ticket
The buyer is charged right away and their ticket is issued. Your cut of that sale is recorded against the order and held by OnVybe — it doesn’t land in your account yet.
You run the night
Your held balance builds as tickets sell. It’s on your host dashboard the whole time, before and after doors.
The hold clears and we transfer
Your money becomes payable 24 hours after your event starts, and goes out on the next daily payout run. Your first payout ever holds 72 hours instead; after that you’re on the standard window. Scheduled payouts carry no cashout fee.
It lands in your bank
The last leg is the bank’s own timing, not ours — which is why we never quote you a date. Brand-new accounts take longest on the very first payout; after that it settles into a rhythm.

Door sales recorded as cash never pass through us, so there’s nothing for us to send you.
Comped tickets are real, scannable tickets at $0. They carry no payout.
Refund a ticket and its payout reverses with it. The seat goes back on sale.
If you cancel, held money stays held and buyers are refunded. A cancellation after money has already gone out is reversed instead.
While a buyer’s chargeback is open on your account, payouts wait. We handle the dispute; they release on their own once it closes.
Established, certified hosts can be enabled for instant cashout — pulling a held balance before the scheduled release for a 5% fee, up to $2,500 in any 24 hours. It has to be switched on for your account and requires an accepted Host Agreement; the option appears on your dashboard if you have it. Scheduled payouts after the event stay free either way.
